Both were built by the American Locomotive Company. #8613 is an AS-24M built in 1956 and rated at 2,400 horsepower. #8657 is an AS-18AM built in 1957 and rated at 1,800 horsepower. They are pulling one hopper car and an N-5 caboose up the Alleghenies to Gallitzin and points West. |
