Album Info:Here is a one-page article entitled "Altoona PRR Men Entertain Model Railroaders." It was published originally in the April 1955 issue of "Pennsy" magazine, page 19. No author is specified. "One hundred and fifty model railroaders from as far away as Lynn, Mass., and Macon, Ga., responded to an invitation from the PRR recently to tour Altoona Works for a convention of the Mid-Eastern Region, National Model Railroad Association at Altoona."

Discernable here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #5758, an AFP-20 built by the American Locomotive Company as an AP-20 in November of 1947, rated at 2,000 horsepower, regeared as an AFP-20 in 1954, and retired in September of 1962 after just 15 years of revenue service.
