080409013 BNSF crossover modification at Northtown near CTC 35th between Transfer 1 and Transfer 3 leads         
Old crossover being stretched south along open area between bridge piers and connected to previously severed switch on Transfer 1. Old Transfer 1 switch near SOO bridge was taken out.
