Looks to be an ex-PAL unit. Could not find any reporting marks, anyone have any ideas???

Mary Rae McPherson General That's a former P&L unit all right. It's a Paducah rebuild SW13. The SW13 program didn't result in a lot of units. Most were rebuilt as SW14's. 10/5/2009 1:03:11 AM

Joseph Yarbrough General The SW13s were NOT rebuilt into SW14s. When the SW13/SW13B cancelled, ICG started building the SW14. 11/5/2009 8:11:03 PM
