Union Pacific SD45 No.4766 is in charge of the Provo Local on main track no.3.With 93 cars bound for Geneva Steel. UP 4766 was a former Southern Pacific SD45 with a storied life. It started out it's life in 1966 as SP 8837 From their it went to SP 7399 and repainted in their infamous ''Daylight Scheme''. On May 12,1984 7399 acted as helper locomotive to their Daylight Painted 4449 over California's famed Tehachapi Pass. August 6,2000 finds former SP 7399 hauling cars to Geneva Steel near Provo.
