| 4975 was truly unique and came about as an experiment by EMD when many railroads were exploring electrification during the mid 70s. Taken in Harrisburg Yard near Riley St. Though it carries an Amtrak road number I'm uncertain of who was actually using it at that point. Date approximate. |
