| Some of the details in the platform view are seen better here in this view from Washington St. We see the track side of the station, and the remnants of the platform. The existing track was EL track 2, the eastbound main. There was a small yard here to support local industry, the busiest of which was the power plant just out of the photo to the left, which received coal daily. The access to the passenger overpass is seen in the middle of the building, leading to the now removed overpass. |
