| Missouri Pacific Railroad caboose 11470 at Salesville, Arkansas on October 13, 1990, Kodachrome by Chuck Zeiler. According to a MP Yahoo Groups thread, this caboose was built by Missouri Pacific in 1950 in their Sedalia shops. It was renumbered 13470 then 11470. It was retired and sold in 1983. It was purchased and used by Gene's Trout Fishing Resort in Salesville Arkansas, and is now on display at the Yellville Chamber of Commerce, used as a meeting and party room. |
