Tunnel at Hawleyville, CT
This tunnel is to the north and below the 19th century rock tunnel shown elsewhere in this album. This was on the Hawleyville to Waterbury line originally built by the NY and New England RR. This line left Hawleyville and ducked under the route to Derby. This is the east portal, the date on the portal is 1911.
