October [12th,] 1952. Horseshoe Curve is just ahead. An example of Pennsy's modern steam power, 6407 was built in the company's nearby Juniata Shops, June 1943. Photo by Robert F. Collins." #6407 was built in Juniata during June of 1943 and retired in August of 1958 after just 15 years of revenue service. |
