Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #9353, a GS-4 "44-Tonner" built by General Electric in May of 1949, rated at 390 horsepower, renumbered "9999" in preparation for the PRR-NYC merger, and later leased to the Union Transportation Company.
