| A CN through freight parallels Union St., passes the former Adams St. grade crossing, and approaches the former Monroe St. grade crossing as it heads south at the former SOO yard at Neenah, WI on 21 Mar. '19. It looks like they are preparing to replace one of the crossovers in the near future. The area between the tracks and Union St., from Main St. to Monroe St. used to be the yard. I don't know when the current yard was built, but a map from 1909 shows the yard here. Adams St. was originally Washington St., until at least 1913. |
