Although listed as a 4-8-2 due to the limitations of the RRPA data base for Canadian Locomotive Company selection, this 4-8-4 Confederation was built in September of 1927, serial #1816. H. L. Goldsmith caught this mighty beast at the Turcot Yard in Montreal, Quiebec, Canada. It lasted until being scrapped less than a year from this photo in February of 1959. |
