The photo is probably one of the publicity shots taken by Baldwin after it rolled off the assembly line. This class of 2-10-4 steam locomotives were often described as the "superpower" ideal as mentioned in Baldwin's own in-house publications. Sadly, this loco lasted only 14 years in revenue service before being sold for scrap on 5/23/1959 to George T. Cook Company.
