Wallin. Here is the second of two duplicate 35mm color slides of photos by Richard R. Wallin that were taken in Gallitzin, Pennsylvania., in January of 1961. Shown here (L to R) is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #9606, two more "AF" Class units, as well as three "EF" Class units. #9606 is an AF-15 built in March of 1950, rated at 1,500 HP, and retired in May of 1965. They've just passed "AR" Tower, and are about to enter the New Portage Tunnel on their journey from Conway to Enola. ("PrrFan18n"; #2 of 2) |
