Portraits 3. Here is a steam locomotive portrait via F.R. Kern that was taken in Cleveland, Ohio, c. 1948. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #9991, a B-28S (0-6-0) switcher built by the American Locomotive Company as number "9215" during November of 1918, renumbered "9991" in February of 1948, and retired in September of 1948.
