Title:
CGW 2-10-4 #870 - Chicago Great Western
Description:
Big, long and powerful - best way to describe this 1930 Baldwin 2-10-4 Texas type steam locomotive. This was a T-2 class member with an impressive 255 psi boiler pressure and equally impressive tractive effort of 92,590 lb. No date, location or photographer was listed for this photo. Does anyone recognize the Swift & Co Stock & Poultry Feeds building in the background?
